What we collect

Account: name, email and a securely hashed password. Content: your chats, saved brand profile, games and support tickets. Billing: handled by Stripe and PayPal; we store plan, status and provider reference numbers, never card numbers. Technical: a hashed network identifier used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Children

The toddler games collect no personal information from children, show no ads, use no tracking or analytics inside gameplay, and contain no outbound links. The games are started by an adult. Our accounts and Studio are for adults and businesses.

How we use data

To run the service, provide support, process payments, keep the service secure, and improve features. We do not sell personal information.

AI providers

Text you send to the AI features is processed by our AI provider to generate a response. Do not enter sensitive personal information.

Sharing

With payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and our AI provider, only as needed to deliver the service, or when required by law.

Retention and your choices

You can delete your account from My account, which removes your profile and support history. Purchase records may be kept for accounting. You can request access or correction through the contact form.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Games embedded on other websites run in a sandbox and do not use cookies.
