1. The service

eBaby Studio provides AI tools for baby-industry marketing, a library of toddler games, and a Game Creator. We may improve, change or remove features.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.

3. Memberships and payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe or PayPal at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time from My account and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow applicable law and any policy shown at checkout.

4. Games licence

A paid plan that includes games gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to embed the games on the websites you register while your membership is active. Do not copy, resell or redistribute game files or your licence key. You must keep the "Games coded by eBaby Studio" credit shown under embedded games.

5. Games you create

You own the ideas you submit. Games written for you by the AI run on our platform and may only be shared or embedded while your membership is active. You must not use the Game Creator for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, adult, violent or data-collecting content. We may remove games that break these rules.

6. AI output

AI output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing it before use, including all product claims and legal or regulatory requirements. eBaby Studio does not provide medical, legal or safety advice.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, bypass limits, or use it to harm others.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
